	Operations & Logistics:
		Hospitality (Ushers) Check entry points, control crowd flow, collect offerings, and assist in emergency evacuation procedures at the main rallies. Provide basic help and service to campers through the day, e.g. answer questions and give directions to different locations and venues.
		Meals & Water Prepare eating areas, control crowd flow, distribute meal boxes, and tidy up afterwards. Replace empty water bottles on dispensers through the day.
		General logistics Assist with general logistical operations, e.g. update information boards, man the info desk, prepare facilities, solve emerging problems, and run errands.
		Transportation Receive arriving (international) teams, mainly at the airport, and shuttle them to Lingnan University.
		Merchandising booth Staff the merchandising booth during the camp.
		Health Care Help out in basic health issues: first aid, dehydration symptoms, heat stroke, and liaise with ambulance service and hospital. Nurse or first aid training required.
		Administration Manage registration, check-in and check-out, room allocation, camp office, info desk, and facilities. Required to be full time at the Gateway Office in early June.

	Program:
		Stage management Provide back stage support for the main rallies.
		VIP Hospitality Communicate with VIP guests and speakers before the camp and host them at rallies.
		Interpretation � Workshops Provide translation (English/Cantonese) in the workshops and smaller meetings.
		Free Time & Recreation Plan and coordinate activities, games and sports for the free time.
		Creative Media Crew Provide creative direction and media support. - Photographers - Powerpoint / presenter - Camera men (collect footage for daily clips / testimonies) - Editing (daily clips / testimonies)
		Tech crew Provide sound, light and media support for main rallies and Gateway Festival.

Payment

Our heart at Gateway is to make it possible for everyone to participate.
In order to do so, we have lowered the cost and fees to the minimum possible (the camp fee is even lower than the real cost!), and we are working hard to provide sponsorship for the participants from less privileged economic backgrounds. (Please refer to �Cost� on �Camp Info� section, and to the �Sponsorship� section)

Therefore, we encourage our volunteers to pay at least the �Sponsored Camp Fee� (HKD 650).
However, if they could afford it, we further encourage them to pay the �Regular Camp Fee� (HKD 1300), considering it as a �love gift� towards helping us sponsoring more people in need of financial help.
Given the case that a volunteer needs financial assistance, we will consider it case by case and try our best to help.
